Session 2
We started the session doing a bit of circuit training so our muscles warmed up really well before we started our skills. The boys and girls practised more ball work and controlling the ball under pressure from Miss Burnside as she tried to take the ball off them. We finished off with learning how to push the ball safely and then used this in a knockout game.
There was a lot of disappointed faces when it was time to go home as they all really enjoyed their session. Another super session.
