Session 2
With the weather being so cold, we have had another session inside. We warmed up our muscles and learnt how to stretch properly so that we didnt hurt ourselves. Lots more ball and stick work to improve our accuracy as well. The boys and girls have listened well to the instructions and have been able to improve . Plenty of action shots this week, keep up the hard work!
